As a holistic environment, SIW doesn’t part and parcel any of our traditional bodywork services - each taking special dedication, education, and investment from the practitioner. The experience may change on a session by session basis depending on your needs, your current state, and your health intake information.

All gift certificates expire one-year after purchase.

Cultivate Wellness is excited to be able to offer group sessions that can be geared towards somatic guidance, learning fundamental movement principles, basic dance steps/routines, or embodiment focused team building sessions.

There is a base fee of $100 per hour of instruction to cover space rental, curriculum development, and teaching experience. Per person fees can be discussed for each group/organization.

All new client bookings include a complimentary 15 minute consultation session which will be added to your appointment. Please expect to stay for an added 15 minutes beyond your service duration.

New Client Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is a treatment-style type of bodywork useful for relieving chronic pain, tissue dysfunction, discomfort, and post-surgery/injury. Individuals who are looking for articulate bodywork that reaches beyond the norm should consider this option. A treatment massage may include many components - myofascial, relaxation, trigger point, deep tissue, etc., and may be different each session.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light massage therapy technique in which the skin is gently stretched in certain directions based on the structure of the lymphatic system. MLD techniques are designed to increase the uptake and transport lymph and interstitial fluid to the lymph vessels for processing. Proper MLD massage can help treat lymphedema, poor circulation, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, other chronic conditions, as well as aids the immune system, wound healing, headaches, skin conditions, and post-surgical tissue recovery.

Cultivate Wellness offers complimentary consultations to gather more information, determine whether MLD is a suitable intervention, and prepare the client for MLD work.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

As a treatment style clinic, it's important for us to continually touch base about how the bodywork and/or movement sessions are meeting your needs. Complementary check-ins are offered to all of our regular clients who book with us at least once a month. This allows us to understand how our services are working for you and what adjustments we might need to make on your well-being journey.

These will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis at both you and your therapists discretion.

Elise Frost, at Cultivate Wellness, is a Society for Oncology Massage Preferred Provider and has completed continuing education at Beaumont Hospital to be able to work with cancer patients and survivors. Oncology massage is intended to provide intentional and informed massage for individuals undergoing cancer treatments and those who are in remission from cancer. Oncology massage therapists understand the unique needs and adjustments that need to be made for this population. Massage therapy can help ease and support individuals living with and survivors of cancer by supporting the body in recovering from the short and long term affects of radiation, chemotherapy, lymphedema, scar tissue, and importantly, assists in managing the mental and emotional stress of illness.

On occasion, more than anything else, the body needs restful, comforting touch, and a thoughtful presence.  This type of massage takes into consideration the unique needs of aging folks and individuals living with chronic or terminal illness. It is intended to be gentle and non-invasive to both the tissue and the nervous system. Palliative Massage is made accessible to my community as a delivery service to elder care facilities and homes within a 15 mile radius of Ellettsville, IN.
